It started with just four office staff and a hundred of workers purely focusing more on the clients’ janitorial needs. Recognizing the changes in market trend and clients’ needs over time.

OUR STORY
Founded on May 23, 1974, in Cebu City, CGSI has established itself as the leading service provider in the country, known for its commitment to quality and professionalism.
Serving over 100 companies nationwide, including 80% from the Export Processing Zone, CGSI partners with industries ranging from multinational corporations to startups, offering comprehensive staffing solutions.
A major reorganization in 1999 ushered in a new leadership led by CEO Danilo C. Deen, Jr., driving the company’s growth and expanding its services to factories inside and outside Export Processing Zones in Cebu, Laguna, Cavite, and Batangas.

Objectives are formulated, implemented, monitored and evaluated to ensure that the quality policy is met.

1. Be the distinguished and eminent service contractor nationwide.
2. Comply with all applicable staturatory and regulatory requirements.
3. Maintain and improve the QMS through continual monitoring, measuring and analyzing the processes covered in the scope.
