Cebu General Services, Inc. (CGSI) is an ISO certified company and has updated from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015.

To ensure compliance, Cebu General Services, Inc. went through ISO evaluation process for a year, which includes quality management system development, management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances, in order to identify corrective actions that eliminate non-conformance to the quality management standard. 

A comprehensive two-day registration audit by TUV SUD was conducted and after correction and closure of all non-conformances, Cebu General Services, Inc. received its ISO 9001:2015 certificate of registration – January 4, 2018.

 The certification of compliance with ISO 9001:2015 recognizes that the policies, practices, and procedures of the firm ensure consistent quality in the services being provided to all clients. This certification, assures the clients that Cebu General Services, Inc. is dedicated in maintaining the highest efficiency and responsiveness in achieving it’s ultimate goal that is 100% client satisfaction rate.
