To become certified as ISO 9001:2008 compliant, Cebu General Services In., underwent a one-year evaluation process that included quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances, all of which work to identify corrective actions that eliminates non-conformance to the quality management standard. The process culminated in a comprehensive two-day registration audit by TUV SUD. After correction and closure of all non conformances, CEBU GENERAL SERVICES INC., received its ISO 9001:2008 certificate of registration on April 4, 2012.
